He has specialized in the Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Industry and the Cruise Industry, and he has analyzed the liner industry, conducted port studies, assisted commercial ship owners and operators in the operational aspects of their companies, and conducted studies of the offshore oil exploration and recovery industry. Mr. Steller is a registered Professional Engineer.
